Process mapping a business function from start to finish. This involves current state, issue register and new state.
Data checking and correction for audit. Working with the team involved to streamline the process going forward.
Risk planning. Taking teams through emergency scenarios and ensuring that a plan is in place.
Mentoring. Working with a younger member of the workforce assisting in the process behind team observation and subsequent report writing.

Help you ensure that you have your biggest risks managed. We will work with you to identify your top 3, determine how they will be managed and write the plan.
Develop your own toolbox series for the next 12 months making sure that everyone understands the risks and has all the information available to them to be involved and aware. We can run the toolboxes if needed.
